Plus, you’ll have beautiful images perfect for save-the-dates, your website, or simply celebrating this season together.

What happens if it rains?

Living on the West Coast means the weather can be unpredictable when planning ahead. Fortunately, my style naturally embraces overcast skies and soft, moody light — and even a little drizzle can add beautiful atmosphere to your photos. If the forecast calls for truly heavy rain or unsafe conditions, I’m always happy to reschedule when possible so we can create the best experience and images for you.


For non-weather-related changes, rescheduling is subject to a new deposit. Because your date is reserved exclusively for you, I’m often turning away other inquiries and lose the opportunity to book another session that day, so the retainer helps cover that held time.

Do you have a limit to how many photos you deliver?

No — rather than limiting your gallery, I deliver all successful images that meet my professional quality standards, so you receive the fullest possible story of your day.

DO you travel?

Yes — I absolutely travel for shoots, and it’s one of my favorite parts of this work. Photographing your story in places that feel meaningful to you — whether that’s a cozy hometown session or an adventurous destination — adds so much personality and depth to your images.


I’m based in Port Moody and regularly travel throughout British Columbia, including places like Tofino, Comox, Whistler, and beyond. Travel within the local Vancouver area is included, and for farther locations, I simply ask for straightforward travel costs like ferry or mileage — no hidden fees or added accommodation charges when possible.

Are Vancouver Island Travel Costs the same?

I’m fortunate to have family across Vancouver Island, including Tofino, Comox, and Victoria. If you’re planning an event in these areas, I’d love to connect and chat. Accommodation is not part of Vancouver Island travel fees!

You’re not alone — most of my couples say the same thing at first. I’ll guide you every step of the way with natural direction and fun, easy prompts so nothing ever feels stiff or overly posed. The goal is simply to get you moving, laughing, and interacting together, so your photos feel effortless, genuine, and completely like you.

Can we meet before our wedding?

Absolutely! In fact, I highly encourage it. Weddings and elopements are deeply personal, and by the time your big day rolls around, I don’t want to feel like ‘the photographer’—I want to feel like a friend with a camera. Getting coffee or hopping on a video call allows us to dive into your vision, talk through the timeline, and get all the ‘getting to know you’ jitters out of the way. When you feel comfortable with me, it shows in the photos; you’ll be able to relax, be yourselves, and trust that I’m capturing the real, unscripted magic of your day.

How long till I receive the final photos?

For smaller shoots, you can expect your photos within the month! For weddings, I give a 3 month max delivery timeline, however i know how hard it is to wait! I always aim to delivery all galleries within a few weeks when possible!
